Social Media Management Internship

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Manager Intern to grow and engage our Web3 education community. This role sits at the intersection of content, community, and emerging technology. You will be responsible for managing our social presence end-to-end, from strategy to execution, with a strong focus on educational blockchain content and community building.

This is a remote position, with occasional participation in blockchain education events (online or in-person) to create live and on-site content.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute a content calendar across relevant social platforms

• Create and publish original content (text, visuals, short-form video, stories)

• Record and edit videos (educational clips, behind-the-scenes, event content)

• Post daily stories and maintain consistent platform activity

• Actively engage with the community (comments, DMs, replies, discussions)

• Understand and apply platform-specific strategies and algorithms (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

• Identify and leverage trends in a way that aligns with our brand and educational mission

• Support community growth through smart content distribution and engagement tactics

• Collaborate with the team to translate Web3 education topics into accessible content

Required Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's student in Marketing, Communication, Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field

• Strong interest in Web3, blockchain education, technology, and innovation

• Proven experience managing social media accounts (personal projects accepted)

• Ability to create and edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks)

• Solid understanding of how different platforms work and what content performs best on each

• Comfortable being on camera or coordinating recorded content

• Excellent written communication skills in English

• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working remotely

Nice to Have

• Previous involvement in Web3, tech, or education communities

• Experience covering events or creating live content

• Familiarity with analytics and performance tracking
