Daiana Marculescu

Founder of Comets of Web3

Daiana is Ecosystem Lead for Blockchain Ecosystems. She is the founder of Comets of Web3 Blockchain Builders Community and has managed throughout her career over 25+ blockchain teams and a substantial $40M yearly treasury.

Catalin Balut

Solidity Architect and Web3 Advocate

Catalin Balut has been involved in blockchain technology since 2021. He co-founded EthCluj and has delivered technical talks on Web3. Catalin is a co-foundear of Liquify, a liquid vesting protocol, and BubbleBreaker, a Web3 social media platform. His achievements include winning 1st place at a Filecoin & IPFS hackathon and the Uniswap V4 hackathon bounty by Brevis.

Ioana Stanciu

Community Manager, Technical Writer

Ioana utilizes her creative writing skills as a technical writer, offering valuable assistance to the Comets of Web3 team. Engaged in community management, she oversees the education program's activities, addresses participant inquiries, and spearheads data collection and evaluation initiatives to enhance program efficiency and foster continuous improvement.

Serban Meza

Prof.eng. PhD

Prof.eng. Serban Nicolae Meza, PhD, likes to encourage students to explore blockchain and smart contracts as relevant solutions to the shortcomings of web 2.0. by initiating presentations and events dedicated to blockchain technology, inviting various industry experts as guests to share insights and experiences. In 2023, he integrated blockchain into the curriculum by piloting a series of applied laboratory works focusing on programming and interacting with a blockchain ecosystem.

He advocates for the benefits web 3.0 brings to data security, transparency, and efficiency in various university operations, aligning with his ongoing interest and expertise.
